Gordon Ramsay revisited the restaurant 6 weeks later and it was closed.Gordon discovered that India had returned home to gather her belongings, only to find Rachel missing upon her return, leaving the restaurant overrun by vermin.

India received temporary assistance from Rachel’s father, but they eventually abandoned their efforts. As of 2024, the former Piccolo Teatro Paris France location has been taken over by a new restaurant called L’Alimentari. Reviews for L’Alimentari appear positive, boasting a 4-star rating on both Yelp and TripAdvisor.

What happened to the owners of Piccolo Teatro?

The tabloid The Sun reported that Rachel McNally went on to work as an escort. Chef India’s talent caught Gordon Ramsay’s attention, leading to an offer for a two-week work placement at his Boxwood Cafe in London, with the potential for a permanent position based on her performance.

However, Chef India declined the permanent position to return to Edinburgh. As of 2024, she is focused on raising her children and providing private catering services.
