Zayna Flaming Grill update 2024 – Where are they now?
After Gordon Ramsay visited Zayna Flaming Grill in California, the restaurant embraced his changes: a new menu, fresh food initiative, and modern decor makeover. The reviews improved, and the restaurant continued to operate with positive feedback.
Yet, challenges emerged when Fay, an owner, found it hard to let go of micromanaging, causing issues. Despite these challenges, Brenda maintained some leadership. However, as of 2024, the restaurant closed under the ownership of Ray Younis, who took over after the series was filmed.
Zayna Flaming Grill changed its location in 2022, moving from Pacific Coast Highway to Artesia Blvd in Redondo Beach due to issues with the landlord. However, we couldn’t find what the place is now popular for. Chef Ramsay has not mentioned revisiting the restaurant since his initial visit in mid-2013.
What happened to the owners of Zayna Flaming Grill?
Fay immigrated from Egypt at 15 and has since amassed 16 years of experience running a successful food truck. However, Brenda feels her aunt isn’t treating her as an equal partner. Due to some problems between both, the restaurant did not succeed.
However, Fay became a private chef, and there is no information on what Brenda is doing now. The Zayna Flaming Grill changed ownership with Ray Younis taking over after the series was filmed.
