Remento’s current company valuation is not publicly verified by the sources reviewed here. There is, however, a more useful update: founder Charlie Greene says the Mark Cuban deal closed and that the business subsequently exceeded $7 million in sales in less than a year. That is a founder-reported milestone, not audited annual revenue, profit, or personal wealth.

What does Remento do?

Remento helps a family member record spoken memories and turn them into editable written stories. Its hardcover books include QR codes linking back to the original voice recordings. The practical distinction is that the storyteller can speak instead of writing every chapter from scratch.

Did the Mark Cuban deal close?

The company’s Shark Tank account identifies its appearance as Season 16, Episode 12 and describes securing Cuban’s backing. In his later public update, Greene specifically says the deal closed. We therefore distinguish this founder confirmation from a television handshake alone, while noting that the underlying investment contracts are not public in the sources reviewed.

Remento also published an account of its March 25, 2026 Shark Tank update with Cuban and Patriotic Kenny. A return segment documents continuing publicity; it does not provide a fresh independent valuation.

How should readers interpret the sales milestone?

Greene’s account compares approximately $620,000 in lifetime sales when the company entered the Tank with more than $7 million in the period of less than a year after closing. These are different periods, so they should not be labeled as two comparable calendar-year revenue totals. Both figures are attributed to the founder.

Sales also leave unanswered how much the company spent on printing, shipping, software, staff, advertising, and other costs. Subtracting only a book’s printing and shipping expense from an order price cannot establish the company’s net profit margin. No independently verified current valuation or founder net worth is established here.

What does a Remento book cost now?

On October 10, 2026, the official offer listed a $99 first year, including prompts and one hardcover color book of up to 380 pages. Additional copies were listed at $69. Continuing the service was optional at $99 per year or $12 per month. Check the current checkout terms, taxes, and any shipping charges before purchasing.

The company says existing recordings remain available to view and download without renewal. Readers preserving irreplaceable memories should review those access terms and keep their own downloaded copies. This review did not purchase a subscription or test the recording and export process.

Correction and review — October 10, 2026

This update removes conflicting valuation estimates, an unsupported profit-margin calculation, and projections presented as established results. It also updates the earlier book-length information and separates the founder’s sales account from independently verified financial performance.
