YU-GI-OH! TCG Banned List is Weaker than You Imagined.

Yu-Gi-Oh! fans are really curious to check if Konami would even release a banned list for the TCG this month. Many fans theorized some decent ideas for a way to assist shape the current meta that makes one card combos that lock your opponent out of the game far from that even if many pieces weren’t getting to be banned because they were too new (looking at you Crystron Halqifibrax and Linkross!). Well, Konami did release a brand new list. However, thanks to the absence of actual events, it appears Konami decided to do the bare minimum. the sole changes are three Limited cards (cards which will only have 1 copy per deck) were moved to Unlimited status:

  • Altergeist Multifaker
  • Nekroz of Unicore
  • Ritual Beast Ulti-Cannahawk

This is really quite ridiculous. Fans are talking about problems with the present meta for months and that i guess Konami doesn’t see a drag since no official tournaments are happening. While I understand this, the large problem is that we won’t get another list for 3 months! On the brilliant side, with the announcement of Remote Duels, I’m hoping that we see some huge changes then. I’m talking Linkross, Halqifibrax, Auroradon, and Block Dragon. Those four got to go.

What does one consider this minimal-change banlist? Are you cheerful about it? What cards does one think will need to enter September?
