Ways to take a sunbath

UV exposure positively affects blood pressure. People living in low latitude countries with low UV risk have higher blood pressure at baseline compared to countries receiving more sunlight. This effect is also seasonal, as excessive exposure to UV in the summer lowers blood pressure.
