Mojito update 2024 – Where are they now?
After Gordon Ramsay and his team departed from Mojito, the owners implement new policies to ensure fresh food and reduce wastage, and reviews were somewhat positive.
But still, Mojito managed to maintain a three-star rating on Yelp, which fell short of the usual standard for successful restaurants, typically at least four stars. Despite modest improvements in Yelp ratings, the owners reported a significant increase in business, up by more than 30%.
Subsequently, Gordon Ramsay returned to revisit the restaurant in episode 4 of season 4 in 2011. He was pleased with the nice atmosphere and restaurant being busy with customers. He complimented the owners for working together to improve the restaurant despite their estranged relationship.
However, Mojito Cuban Cuisine closed on March 2nd, 2016, which was a nearly six years after the Mojitos Kitchen Nightmares episode aired on TV. The actual reason for the closure was not explained by the owners.
As of 2024, the old Mojitos Brooklyn New York City location is occupied by a new cafe named Le Petit Monstre.

Katalina seems to have built a successful career in the culinary industry, and appeared on several cooking shows including Chopped, Cut Throat Kitchen, and Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell.
