Even though she may seem a bit pervy at times, Barbara is the only Shark who closes 60% of her deals after the show.
I’ve been watching Shark Tank and noticed that Barbara Corcoran has an impressive track record despite sometimes coming across as quirky.
She closes more than 60% of her deals, making her the Shark who follows through on the most deals. Interestingly, Lori Greiner and Robert Herjavec only close about a third of their deals, while Mark Cuban closes twice as many deals as any other investor on the show. Daymond John manages to close more than half of his deals but often changes the terms, and Kevin O’Leary closes 45% of his deals.

I’ve always liked Barbara Corcoran’s style. It’s interesting that she closes over 60% of her deals after the show. I guess it shows she’s really committed to the businesses she invests in

60%? Sounds too high. Maybe she’s just lucky. Or maybe she has a magic wand we don’t know about.

Okay, but let’s not ignore that she has to be selective because she doesn’t have as deep pockets as the other Sharks. Sometimes being cautious pays off. Or maybe she just really likes saying “I’m out” in a dramatic way.

That’s a fair point. But maybe that caution is why she has such a high success rate! Or perhaps she’s just mastered the art of the “narrow escape.”
